Cancellation & Refund Policy

SpeakTale believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations for services will be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order, provided the services have not been availed.
• No refund will be issued if the services have already been partially availed.
• In case of any Refunds approved by SpeakTale, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
